Refund, Return and Booking Policy

All sales at Bella Lash & Beauty are final, no refund or exchanges. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any purchases. This policy applies to all services, treatments, products, and training programs. 

Booking Policy  

All clients are asked to enter credit / debit card details at the time of booking. Clients are charged 50% fee for not showing up and 30% for late cancellations under 24 hours notice. We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice. 

Service Satisfaction  

At Bella Lash & Beauty, client satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with a service you received, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to address your concerns and ensure you are happy with your experience.
